NewTek recently announced Mac support for its TriCaster and TriCaster Pro systems. The company is releasing iVGA software for the Mac, which allows a presenter’s screen display to be integrated into a live TriCaster production or presentation.
By combining TriCaster (10 pounds and one cubic feet) with the iVGA software application, anything displayed on the Mac screen is sent across the network as a video input into TriCaster’s live switcher or can pass through TriCaster, at full-resolution, to a projector.
The iVGA software for the Mac is available as a free download to registered TriCaster and TriCaster PRO customers, as well as VT[4] users.
