Aguardo comentarios. Ingles I share with you this monthly calendar for Classic size planners (5,5 by 8,5 inches). The design elements come from this site´s official templates. It has some things I find useful: a lined column at the begining of each week and many lines to add notes and comments. It´s pretty simple (that´s my goal) but very customizable, before or after printing. You can take the original file and translate or chage it the way you want it. I add a lined notes page if you want to print them in the back of calendars. Hope you find it usefull. Print the PDF on Letter o Monarch paper (8,5 x 11 inches), cut in half and punch your way. If you want, you can print the lined pages in the back before cuting the sheets, these pages are good for notes, tasks, etc. You may also edit the original file in OpenOffice.org Draw and customize it your way. A daily scheduler | I adapted this from Balanced Life for Circa by Julie Morgenstein as I wanted it customised to suit my own needs. I print it on an A4/ Letter size paper in '2 pages per sheet' mode and then slice through it and put it in my Circa planner. Please feel free to create your own customisation using this. The 'Slider for Daily Routine' and 'Slider for 3 Weekly Outcomes' may seem a little confusing. Actually that is where I slide in my circa punched halves of 3x5 notecard where I have written my key elements of a'daily routine' on one half and on the other half, the '3 major weekly goals/outcomes' which i am aiming for that week. They help me stay focussed through the day. Attachment | Size |

SamAgenda - a Scribus script for planners | Simple 'ruled week on two pages' planner creation wizard for Scribus. It creates an agenda for a given year and a given language in the Filofax Personal format, on a A4 page, three sheets per page. Just cut and punch the sheets, and close them into the binder. DESCRIPTION & USAGE: It's a python script that automates the process of creation a planner in Scribus. Just unzip the script and copy it into the directory ~usrsharescribusscripts (or something similar, depending on your operating system). This way you will have in Scribus a new menu item into the menu [Script] - [Scribus Scripts] : 'SamAgenda'. Click on it and enjoy. This script take a bit longer time to elaborate the full document, so don't be hurry. Take a look at the progressbar at the bottom of the Scribus main window. In the 'Eng2010.pdf.zip' attachment you can see an example of what i've done in scribus with my script in just 25 seconds: a complete english planner for the year 2010. Every comment or suggestion is welcome!. Update: version 0.2 - Discarded the 'calendar' module importation. The standard python module 'calendar.py' seems to be not fully updated on some operating systems (thanks to ygor at diyplanner.com for his great collaboration). - Added a counter at the upper right side of the page. - Some minor bugs resolution and cosmethic changes. Script for Scribus. Wavy weeks | Month- or year-at-a-glance with days of the week following a sinusoidal curve. March-December 2010 on 12' square scrapbook-sized paper. Created these pages to track baby milestones for a scrapbook but thought others might be interested in the 'wavy weeks' (inspired by W. Bradford Paley's 2007 planner: http://wbpaley.com/brad/index.htm). You can generate your own 'wavy weeks' string using the linked Google spreadsheet (just change the dates in the first worksheet). Or make your own spreadsheet with dates in the first column and fill the second column with this formula: =CONCATENATE(REPT(' ',(3-ABS(WEEKDAY(A1)-4))*2),(DAY(A1))) Attachment | Size |

Pretty Floral Week at a Glance | These are 2 slightly different spreads of a week at a glance, with a purplish floral embellishment. The days of the week go vertically down, with columns across the pages for different things. There are boxes on each day to write in the dates. I am not sure how to make this into a form that others could type text w/ nice fonts into. Come see more designs on my blog: cutediyplanners.blogspot.com The first form has the columns labeled as such: 1) To Do This Week; 2) Appointments; 3) To Each Day; 4) Lunch & Dinner Plans; 5) Health Log; and 6) Accomplishments! The second form has no labels for the columns except for the first one on the very left: To Do This Week. This is made to print landscape on 8-1/2 x 11 paper (be sure to print the same image on both sides of paper, making sure the 'top' is facing the same direction), and then to cut in half to 'Classic Size' before 3-hole punching or comb-binding. This is what I am using now, and it has been very useful so far. :) This is a pdf file, although I originally made it in PagePlusSE. Attachment | Size |

Agenda Semanal 2010 en español - 2010 Spanish Weekly Calendar | Agenda semanal tamaño A4. A4 Spanish Weekly Calendar. I made this calendar borrowing a popular model from this site. It's in Spanish but it should be easily translated by 'search and replace'. You can print it in double side and ring-bound it with other forms to made a good planner. Just a detail: the week days don't have the number, it was a lot of work doing it with the computer so I preferred to add it by hand (more fun). I'll post the other forms and the covers so you can use them too. OpenOffice.org Draw - Acrobat Reader - Fuente Blue Highway Attachment | Size |

Weekly Calendar 2up dynamic | I've written a small program to create a Weekly 2up calendar. Should work for all paper sizes. Just select start and end dates (the program always uses the whole week), set the papersize and margins to your needs and print it out. A Spreadsheet Month | Here is a quick and dirty Open Office Calc document with two sheets (one for First Day of the Week is Monday, one for Sunday) I tinkered this up while playing with the two Chaos spreadsheets and though it worth sharing. Just change the month and/or year at the top of the sheet and it will show the month you want. Leave the day in that cell at '1' or it will mess up the dates. Print it out on whatever size paper you desire. Attachment | Size |

FiloFax - Page Creator | This is a template-template I use for creating new forms for my FiloFax Personal. This file consists of the template-template and of three different pages (a folding page with three pages, a left page and a right page). After having sketched a new form - inspired by need, by this site or by what I have seen others use - I start creating the new form in my template-template (TT). Everything needed is copied to and adjusted on the blue page template. When I am satisfied that setup is grouped and copied to e.g. the left page template. I make three copies here and adjust the grouped objects to match the measurements given at the top of the page. That way they fit exactly on a standard page. I ungroup, delete the blue pages and delete the rectangles that show where the holes are to be punched. I do the same for the right page. Then it is just a matter of printing on both sides of the paper, cutting and punching. Please note - these TT's are adjusted to fit A4 and my Canon IP 4200 printer. It should be no problem re-aligning all the pages. I have used this approach to create all of my templates - and I can create those in a matter of minutes. Feel free to comment or ask if you are in doubt of anything. Attachment | Size |

day plan | Index card sized planner pages for planning each day.
Can be printed on card stock and cut. I print them to regular paper and paste each day into my pocket journal. Then I use as many following pages as I need to capture stuff for that day. I keep a full to do list elsewhere, on this form I just pick out the 'must do today or the world will end' items. On the timed page of the form I keep track of what I intend to do, what I actually do, and how long I do it. For work I have to keep track of what project I work on in 1/10th hour increments and there are faint lines at every 6 minutes. Attachment | Size |

Semi-Auto, Perpetual . One page per day, with quotes - Classic Size Only | This is a tweak of the awesome template uploaded by leecop. I made a couple of tweaks. First, it is now a Excel 2007 file. With the newer version, I was able to put all the colors, line styles, fonts, etc into a style sheet or theme. So, when I feel like changing all that, I just have to do it in one place. Second, I took out the pictures and put in a quote box. This pulls quotes randomly from a sheet I added that has the motivational quotes I like. Add and remove quotes from the master list at will. A great many of these quotes came from the aphorism thread on this site. Third, pulled it all into one sheet within the workbook, arranged to do 2 up duplex printing. The one hitch with the quote feature is that it is truly random, so you can get duplicates. follow leecops instructions in the file itself. But, you only have to print the one sheet. The Perpetual Strip | While browsing around a local thrift store, I found a pen cup with a perpetual calendar along its side. I realized that this would be a great low-budget calendar solution for my desk, so I don't need to constantly hunt around to figure out when a certain day falls in the current month. Print out the attached document, and cut along the solid lines. Pass the strip of numbers through the slots in the frame so the numbered days line up under their correct position in the current month. Sunday-started and Monday-started weeks are included, and you can easily tweak the spreadsheet files to customize for size, language, font, and general attractiveness. I printed out mine on bright card stock for durability, and so it won't get lost on my desk. I also reinforced the two slits in the frame with some tape before cutting through them with a sharp knife. Attachment | Size |

Tabbed Planner Dividers | This template came about because I needed some dividers for my planner that I'm setting up (yay!) and I'm not a big fan of the plastic stick-on tabs.. not sure why, they just rub me the wrong way. SO, I decided to try to make myself some out of cardstock, and after much trial and error I thought, what the heck, maybe someone else can also benefit from all the work I put into this. I hope atleast someone, like me, is in need of tabbed dividers for a classic size planner, and that my templates can be some help! The Open Office file is probably best because you can actually type in your own tab labels, but if you don't have OO, the pdf file will give you the basic print-and-cut outlines to get ya going. Instructions: Print on two separate sheets of thick paper (card stock). Cut along the solid lines, arrange, and hole punch to fit your classic size planner (5.5” x 8.5”). (Note: the tabs will stick out 3/8” from the other pages in your planner, but the rest of the right edge will be slightly shorter than the other pages. This is normal. It has to be that way to be able to fit 2 tabs on one 8x11” page.) Caution: I had to change my printer settings to “Borderless” to get these to fit right on the page. I advise running a test page with scratch paper before you try it on your nice cardstock! Enjoy! Feel free to leave a comment with any questions or concerns. Attachment | Size |

my first attempt.. | A calendar on the left and a 'diary' on the right, I'm going to try to see how this works for me. The pdf doesn't show it as well as I had hoped, but in printing, you will see that I have stolen the 'doane' grid / lines for the 'diary.' I'm already tweaking it in indesign and will likely post again soon.. I stole the mini calendars from screen shots from goog cal & the photo in the center is my own work.. *NOTE* since I do not plan to print on the backs (I use markers & fountain pens so it would take prohibitively thick paper) and considering the fact that I'm a compulsive sketcher & could easily use the blank realty if it came down to it, the page margins are a bit odd. for the daily calendar & diary, they are set up to sit open; the remaining doane grid pages are set up to sit on top of each other & hence don't have the same center margin.. easy to fix if anyone who's actually interested drops me a line. Not sure if there are any other (intern) architects out there.. but the 'diary' page will be my idp log - drop me a line if you have suggestions or questions, would be great to hear!
